Our inspections are broken down into two separate phases. On-site Inspection and Report writing/documentation.
During the on-site inspection we will thoroughly inspect all the major systems/components of the home, while documenting any deficiencies found. With the data we gather On-site, we will move to the next phase, report writing. The report is not done at the time of the inspection. We require 24 hours after the inspection to issue a report. This allows the home inspector the time to give you a thorough and detailed report with several pictures, notes and diagrams for better understanding.
