Builder’s Warranty Inspection
Our Builder’s Warranty Inspection delivers a detailed comprehensive list for you to give to your builder’s warranty representative. This makes sure all issues can be addressed, before your new home warranty expires.
After You Buy a New Home
Because your builder’s warranty is about to expire, the warranty for newly built homes typically cover workmanship and materials relating to various components of the home, such as grading/drainage, ventilation/insulation, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Because these warranties usually expire one year after move in, a first year inspection should be performed 11 months after closing.
What’s Included
Our Builder’s Warranty Inspection gives you a comprehensive understanding of the condition of the Home. We cover all major categories and systems of the property: Exterior, Roof, Structural, Insulation and Ventilation, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Appliances and several other secondary systems such as irrigation and Pool/Spas.
We will provide you with specific recommendations and next steps on getting the warranted items taken care of by your builder. The inspection report will provide you with a detailed punch list that you can present to your builder. The report will have all items documented that need to be replaced/repaired before your new home warranty expires.
