WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS
If you’re buying or selling your home, chances are you will want or possibly need to have a “Wood Destroying Insect” (WDI) Inspection.
A WDI Inspection is a written Inspection Report on a home (separate from a Home Inspection), where visible and accessible evidence of infestation or damage by wood destroying insects is present.
A WDI Report is often required in order to close on a home, and commonly referred to as a “Termite Inspection”.
The Inspector
Our Inspectors specialize in WDI Inspections and treatment. Our Licensed inspectors will inspect the exterior and interior of the property for various wood destroying insects such as Termites, Carpenter ants, Carpenter Bees, and Wood Boring Beetles.
