EASY TO UNDERSTAND
We want our reports to be full of useful information so the client can make an educated and informed decision on the state of the home and its several systems. The report should be easy to navigate and simple to understand. If there are any questions after the report is issued, please feel free to contact your inspector for better clarity and to address any concerns.
VISUAL AIDS
You will notice our reports are constructed utilizing the required REI 7-5 form issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission. This form can not be modified, however it can be enhanced by incorporating pictures, notes, and diagrams to allow the client to get a full understanding of the Structure. With every deficiency there will be a picture provided with visual aids such as arrows and highlights to show exactly where the issue lies, making the issues easily identifiable.
NOTES & TIPS
Along with visual aids, we also like to provide helpful information and notes within the report. These may not apply at the time of the inspection, but they can be beneficial to the client and can make sense of issues that may or may not occur in the future.
